From the Streets of New York to (Take Me Home) Country Roads We celebrated Patrick's birthday with the kids, and later, Zoe's. It was great to see Jackson, Bradley and the kids, Millie and Harry. Sue had a hotdog during our Coney Island visit. On our way to Philadelphia we stopped to visit Roberta and Tom for lunch at Gaetano's and some big steak sandwiches! In Pittsburgh we hooked up with Cody's best friend, living there currently. Then it was on to W. Virginia. Nice drive as we listened to John Denver singing the state's anthem (thank you, Roberta!) and learned that this year is the 50th anniversary of the song's release! CountryRoad on You Tube Then it was on to Too bad Tom couldn't be with us in his old hometown, but we had a great time learning all about all the amazing history of this city and checking it all out. One more day here and then we're off again!
